At the Aspen Institute’s 2015 Spotlight: Health, Kathleen Sebelius joined four others leaders involved in drafting and passing the ACA to talk about how the law passed, survived fierce opposition, and likely will evolve in the coming years. Joining Sebelius were former U.S. Sen.
